Permanent Bookings
To enrol your child in regular weekly before/after school care sessions, you must join the waitlist for 2025.
We have priority of access for children as follows;

Priority 1 – sibling of currently enrolled child

Priority 2 – child enrolled at Summer Hill Public School

Priority 3 – any other child (for vac care)
Within these main categories, priority is also be given to the following children;

a child at risk of serious abuse or neglect a child of a sole parent who satisfies, or parents who both satisfy the activity test through paid employment.
Permanent bookings are only available to SHPS students.*
Casual Bookings
You can enrol your child in casual bookings at any time without having to join the waitlist, although spots are not guaranteed as they are based on space of that day.
Vacation Care Bookings
We do not offer permanent weekly bookings for vacation care. To book your child into vacation care you must do so through a casual booking in OWNA once the program has been released.
Vacation Care is open to students from all schools although there is a priority of access as follows;

Cat 1: Families who currently attend our Before and After school Care service

Cat 2: Families whose children go to SHPS and are on our waiting list for B&A care

Cat 3: Families whose children attend SHPS, but only want our Vacation Care Service

Cat 4: Children who only use our Vacation Care, but use another B&A service
If your child/ren are not already enrolled at SHARE, you need to submit an enrolment form in order to book your child/ren into Vacation Care.
