SHARE uses a software platform called Qikkids for families to enrol their children.  


My Family Lounge is an online enrolment management system.  

The system gives you one easy-to-use location to make bookings, mark absences and request changes to your enrolment(s).

New Families
Go to the login box below and select register and complete the information as requested.

Existing Users

Log in to My Family Lounge (enter your email address/login ID in the first box, then enter your password in the second box and click ‘Sign-In’).

If you already have a My Family Lounge  account from a previous childcare service, but have NOT attended SHARE before, please enter your existing My Family Lounge details and sign in.   

SHARE will receive an email from My Family Lounge informing us that a parent has submitted an enrolment, and what mornings, afternoons are required. The parent will then receive an offer from SHARE if the mornings and/or afternoons requested are available. The parent then accepts or rejects the offer. If you are successful, then you will be contacted by SHARE regarding start date and organising a meeting and orientation to the service. This may not necessarily apply if the family already have a child/ren attending.


Through My Family Lounge app parents can make casual bookings on top of their permanent ones, or put in an absence if they know their child will not be attending on any particular day.

Tips for using My Family Lounge

You cannot end your permanent booking via My Family Lounge. To do so, please send us an email with at least 2 ‘school term’ weeks’ written notice.

My Family Lounge Desktop

  • Complete or update your enrolment form.

  • To request a change (increase or decrease) to your permanent enrolment use ‘Booking Requests’

        My Family Lounge Mobile App

  • Use ‘Sessions’ to book a casual booking, mark your child absent and book holiday care.

  • Update your credit card or bank account details in ‘Payment Details’

  • Enable push notifications in ‘settings’, so that we can let you know when our team uploads photos, daily diaries or if there is a casual vacancy.
