Our Philosophy

At SHARE, we believe play is at the heart of every child’s growth and development. Through play, children explore, discover, and make sense of the world around them, building skills, confidence, and connections along the way.

Our role is to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported. We celebrate diversity and encourage every child to bring their unique experiences, ideas, and abilities to our community.

Guided by the My Time, Our Place Framework, we provide opportunities for play-based learning that inspire curiosity, build social skills, and foster a sense of belonging. Whether it’s teaching new skills, helping children make friends, or listening to their stories, we aim to support every child in being the best version of themselves.

At SHARE, play is more than fun — it’s a pathway to learning, growth, and becoming a confident, caring member of the community.

Acknowledgement of Country

At SHARE, we acknowledge the Gadigal and Wangal of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn, play, and grow together. We recognise their enduring connection to the land, waters, and skies and the vital role they play as the first educators of their children and communities.

We pay our deepest respects to their Elders past and present, and are committed to fostering a childcare environment that honours and learns from First Nations knowledge, traditions, and stories.
