About the role
We’re looking for enthusiastic full-time Educators to join our team. In this leadership-focused role, you’ll:

Help lead the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the “My Time, Our Place” (MTOP) Framework.

Oversee the creation of a safe, inclusive environment where children can grow, play, and explore.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Build and maintain positive relationships with families and the local community to enrich children’s experiences.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service, including supporting administrative and compliance tasks.
This full-time role is ideal for experienced educators who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities while working in a supportive and dynamic workplace.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

Proven leadership skills to mentor and guide a team effectively.

A proactive and collaborative mindset to contribute ideas and improvements.

Strong communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Understanding of play-based learning and the ability to implement programs that engage and inspire children.

Relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in OOSH or Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), and current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certifications.
