What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

  • Proven leadership skills to mentor and guide a team effectively.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset to contribute ideas and improvements.

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Understanding of play-based learning and the ability to implement programs that engage and inspire children.

  • Relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in OOSH or Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), and current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certifications.

Why You’ll Love It Here

At SHARE, we value creativity, innovation, and purpose. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Impactful work: Make a difference in children’s lives by creating positive experiences and building a strong community.

  • Supportive environment: Be part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and continuous growth, with supportive management and professional development opportunities.

  • Beautiful surroundings: Work in a service located in a park with nature-filled facilities, keeping you connected to the outdoors.

  • Fun and recognition: Enjoy delicious homemade afternoon tea, participate in team events, and feel appreciated for your hard work.

If you’re ready to inspire children while growing your career in a fun and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you!
