ACTIVITIES
Our professional and dedicated educators provide a program that enables children to learn through exploration and stimulating experiences. We aspire to create an environment that provides enjoyable and creative play and learning. This is achieved through activities designed to support children in all areas of growth and development.
Our educators plan a range of daily activities incorporating ideas from the children, and the children are also welcome to play freely in our spacious indoor and outdoor spaces or just relax with a friend. During vacation care we also offer excursions on selected days and a variety of visitors come in to the service, including anything from theatre performances to sports, science, music, artistic and cultural experiences.
SHARE OOSH acknowledge the original custodians this land, the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Eora Nation who were here before us.
They cared for this land, raised their families on this land, and watched their children play on this land just as we do today.
We would like to pay our respects to elder’s past, present and those emerging.
Always was… always will be… Aboriginal land.
SHARE supports Article 31 and 23 from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Article 31: The child has the right to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities appropriate to the age of the child and to participate freely in cultural life and the arts.
Article 23: A child with an intellectual or physical disability should enjoy a full and decent life, in conditions, which ensure dignity, promote self-reliance and facilitate the child’s active participation n the community.
